Support Services

PAR Excellence provides unparalleled support through our Regional Account Manager Program. Experienced healthcare material management experts are located throughout the country to provide local support throughout your implementation. Once the installation is complete, your account manager will make routine visits throughout the year to ensure continued success of the system.


In order to eliminate potential problems before you even notice them, PAR Excellence has developed a Proactive Technical Product Support Program.


Each client’s system automatically calls the PAR Excellence support network toll-free, on a scheduled basis, to provide status reports on all equipment. This allows PAR Excellence to proactively monitor your system so that you don’t need to. In addition, the PAR Excellence Support Hotline is staffed by experts who will provide thorough, effective assistance from our support offices.


All PAR Excellence software and hardware is fully warrantied. Ongoing system support is offered in a separate agreement following the warranty period.
